Food vendors
Please provide copy of: health permit/certificate, business license and proof of insurance with submission
Permit must be displayed at event
Employees must have city approved criminal record check done
Be aware that we provide cold running water and electricity only
Vendor must bring own sink, hose and arrange for hot water
Rental
Fees - Note: Bringing your
own table, ensure that it is the same size.
We do not provide tent rental.

The Vendor hereby acknowledges that the Vendor has entered into agreement with the Newton Community Festival Committee, to take part in the Newton Community Festival at the Newton Community Centre on Saturday, June 7, 2008. The Vendor understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for setting up and breaking down of their booth. The Vendor also is responsible for packing and taking away their booth and all of their items. The Vendor is responsible for obtaining their general liability insurance, business license and health permit. The Vendor agrees to protect, indemnify, save and keep harmless the Licensor against and from all claims, loss, cost, damage or expense of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or from: (1) any accident or occurrence in or at the Premises, (2) the sale of any goods or services, (3) any negligent act or omission of Licensee, its employees, servants, agents or invitees. |
